I was diagnosed with relapsing and remitting multiple sclerosis in 1999. A few months after words my neurologist prescribed me with interferon. It was at that time that interferon was in short supply and many many patients were forced to live without it, so naturally I was very grateful for getting it.

For many years now Multiple Sclerosis has baffled medicine. With almost one 10th of the 21st century gone there is still no cure for multiple sclerosis, even with all the reported advances in medical science, numerous studies, focus groups and research no one has come up with a definitive answer.

Depending on the severity of multiple sclerosis, exercises can mean different things to different people. Very recently I attended a number of sessions of physiotherapy. My initial reaction was that the exercises were much too gentle and would not have any effect nor make any improvement on my balance with which I was having an issue.
