I randomly did it right after I got home from school. So I never washed my hands..Im a guy.

    No, you cannot contract HIV/AIDS from masturbating. HIV can only be spread by coming in contact with infected blood,semen,vaginal secretions and breast milk. Unless you had any cuts or tears on your genitals prior to the act then your chances of infection are low.
