I’m going to the doctor tomorrow. What is going to happen? What could be wrong with me? What’s the WORST possible thing that it could be?

For right now, you have to relax or you will just increase your blood pressure by the time you get to the office. They call this “white coat syndrome”.
They will take your BP and probably do good physical. They may suggest a chest x-ray, EKG and perhaps some lab work. Hang in there. I think you might just be a hyper personality.
